WAVE Local ("we," "us") provides marketing and automation services to local service businesses in Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through wave4marketing.com and how we use it.
When you request a free marketing audit or contact us, we collect what you enter, which can include your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, city, and your answers to our plan builder (such as your type of business and how much new work you can take on).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, general location, and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics.
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.
Information you submit is stored in WAVE Growth Engine, the customer management platform we use to track and respond to requests, and with service providers that help us run our business. They may only use it to provide services to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers as described above, or when required by law.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
